During PSAT testing, 9th grade students attended presentations, decorated our outdoor basketball courts, and participated in group activities focused on the week of respect and spreading kindness. Thank you to the Juvenile/Family Crisis Intervention Unit (FCIU) for presenting and shout out to our FTP advisors and ambassadors for planning and facilitating the events!
Members of Cedar Creek's Advanced Theatre and Select Choir classes went on a field trip to see a world premiere or I & You, the Musical, at McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ. We enjoyed a beautiful show and an incredible discussion with the cast, crew, and creatives afterward. Thank you @mccartertheatre !

XC - Big Saturday at Holmdel Park. Sean Martino, Vincenzo Vecchio & Ryan McCann medaled in the Varsity race (3 fastest runners from Atlantic Co). In the Freshman races, Maya Kelley and Vincenzo Vecchio brought home medals.

Beginning Monday, October 6th, 2025, anyone with the Greater Egg App downloaded on their mobile device will have the ability to receive push notifications about buses that are running late at any of our schools; Oakcrest, Absegami, and Cedar Creek High Schools.
To download the app, please click on the appropriate link for your Android or Apple devices. You may also visit the app store on your device and search for "Greater Egg Harbor Regional". Be sure to allow for push notifications in the settings and make sure to subscribe to the correct school under the app "Preferences". More than one school can be selected.

XC boys celebrated Senior Night with a big win over Bridgeton. They are 9-0. Sean Martino, Vinnie Vecchio & Ryan McCann all ran faster than our old course record. Frankie Maione dropped a huge PB. The girls are now 5-2. They finished 2nd to 7th and were led by Lisette Echevarria.
Perfect Attendance for 47% of students at CCHS for September! October starts tomorrow, and so does a chance for you to win a Lunch Lane Lighting Pass for October! Everyone with perfect attendance each month gets entered, and 4 students win every month! September winners will be announced on PTV tomorrow.

Cedar Creek's Hiking Club kayaked 4 miles through Mullica River - what an amazing day and so much fun! Can't wait for our next kayak excursion in the spring time. Go Pirates!
