Revolution Rails Enrichment Trip: Saturday, May 18th
Team Building and SEL through exploring the beauty of nature. Students will explore the beauty of nature in Cape May by taking a "4 mile railcar ride through The Nature Conservancy’s Garrett Family Preserve". They will get to "enjoy the expansive native wildflower meadows and flora, as well as world-class viewing opportunities for migrating songbirds, raptors, and pollinators like bumblebees and monarch butterflies, made possible by the wonderful folks at The Nature Conservancy." We had a great morning in the CCHS Amateur Radio club! Students used clothespins and some basic components to build their own training keys to practice sending Morse code!
